TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We assist you with our technical input before, during and after sales.

Supported by a network of distribution partners, Falex Tribology provides technical support, installation assistance, training and calibration services for the users of Falex test equipment.

We also offer trouble shooting, diagnostics and simple repairs.

 

ANNUAL SERVICE PLANS

If you subscribe to our Annual Service Plan, you will benefit from an annual preventive maintenance and calibration visit. This intervention guarantees optimal test results of your Falex test machine.

On-site visits can be organized in combination with repairs, training and general advice on your Falex test machine. 

Also, spare parts and materials will be available to you at discounted prices.

STANDARD TEST SPECIMENS
 
ASTM and other test methods for the qualification of lubricants require standardised test specimens. In many cases, Falex is the only approved source for these.
Falex manufactures and qualifies the standard test specimens, and we hold a stock of the most common specimens in Belgium for fast delivery.
For less common standard specimens or customized specimens in special materials contact us for assistance.

The Falex scientific team gives you high quality data on your products.

We perform standard tests—ASTM, DIN, ISO, CEC-  and develop unique customized tests and test projects.  We offer more than a number.

We are partners in European innovation on friction, wear resistance and lubrication.  We participate in lubrication and material property projects.

 

We organise on-demand workshops or courses on tribology for industrial attendees.  These are always aimed at your specific industry and issues.
